Thoughts

Be grateful for other’s generosity but do not take it for granted.

Accept fear but never back down.

Be silly, an inability to laugh at yourself shows a lack of humour.

Be helpful but do not let people exploit your generosity.

Dress and look the way you want to instead of to fit in with the crowd.

Be individual but allow yourself to be a team player.

Live in the now, the past and the future are out of your control so stop trying to influence them.

Do what you want to do, not what you should do.

Embrace the creative but do not disregard the logical.

Observe but do not obsess.

Learn to relax but do not fall into the trap of becoming lazy.

Look after both your mind and your body, they share a symbiotic relationship.

Heed people’s advice but do not become reliant upon it.

Be passionate, expression is a beautiful thing.

Regard a situation from another’s viewpoint before jumping to a conclusion.

Think both inside and outside the box.

Try to be positive but do not hide negative thoughts and emotions.

Talk, bottling up issues is unhealthy and leads to greater problems in the long run.

It’s okay to cry, it makes you stronger rather then weaker.

Learn to let go but do not give up.

Choose your friends carefully, it is crucial that they have your back.

Do not mistake arrogance for confidence.

Have faith in yourself and others.

Be able to forgive but do not let people take the piss.

Love someone for their faults as well as their merits.

Above all, understand that all humans make mistakes and through perceiving them one is able to aid growth and development in themselves and others.
